Is this you?
- You live abroad and want to set up an Indian Pvt Ltd, LLP or GST — but have no Indian address to put on the forms.
- You can't fly in to sign papers in person, and you may not have an Aadhaar number.
- You're worried whether MCA or ROC will accept an address you've never physically seen.
- You're anxious about who opens the government and bank mail that lands in India while you're in a different timezone.
The problem
Every Indian company and GST registration needs a real registered-office address in India, backed by ownership proof you simply don't have from abroad. A residential address overseas won't go on the form, you can't sign in person, and the registrar wants a NOC plus a recent utility bill that only a local owner can supply.
Then there's the part nobody warns you about: the mail. FEMA filings, RBI and FLA reporting, GST notices and bank KYC letters all arrive at that Indian address — and a letter ignored for a week because you're nine timezones away can turn into a penalty or a frozen account.
Our solution
We give you a genuine, staffed Kochi address at LR Towers, Palarivattom — with the exact documents MCA, ROC and GST officers ask for, worded to match. You stay where you are; we issue the NOC, the licence agreement and the latest utility bill, and we've done this across many Kerala incorporations for founders who never visited.
Just as important, our named on-site staff become your eyes on the ground. Every statutory letter is received, scanned and emailed to you the same day, then forwarded — and if a GST or ROC officer turns up, a real person at a real desk receives them. A registered-office address held this way is not a Permanent Establishment by itself; PE turns on actual business activity and personnel in India, not on where your statutory address sits.
What's included
- Registered office & GST address at a real, identifiable building in Palarivattom, Kochi.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the property owner, naming your legal entity.
- Rent / licence agreement between your entity and the provider, ready for the registrar.
- Recent utility bill in the owner's name, dated within the window officers expect.
- Business mail receipt + same-day scan-and-email — government notices and bank letters reach you the moment they arrive.
- GST / ROC officer-visit reception by named on-site staff, with your nameboard up from day one.
Plans start from around ₹9,000/year, all-in. Exact pricing depends on the documents and mail handling you need — see live pricing.

Quick answers
Can I register an Indian company while living abroad?
Yes. NRIs and foreign nationals routinely incorporate an Indian Pvt Ltd or LLP without relocating. You sign the incorporation papers abroad (apostilled or consulate-attested), complete video-KYC for the digital signature, and courier the documents. You do need a valid Indian registered-office address plus a NOC and utility proof — which we supply.
Will MCA/ROC accept a virtual office as the registered office for a foreign-owned company?
Yes. The MCA and ROC require a valid, identifiable address backed by a No Objection Certificate from the owner and a recent utility bill in the owner's name — not that you own or have personally seen the premises. We issue all three documents in matching wording and have supported many Kerala incorporations on this exact basis.
Does a virtual office create a Permanent Establishment / extra tax?
No — a registered-office address by itself does not create a Permanent Establishment. PE turns on actual business activity carried on through a fixed place: personnel, operations, or a dependent agent concluding contracts in India. Holding a statutory address for registration and correspondence is not the same as conducting business from it. For your specific structure, confirm the position with a qualified tax adviser.
Who receives my government and bank mail in India?
Our named on-site staff at the Palarivattom office receive every letter — GST notices, ROC correspondence, bank KYC packets, income-tax intimations — scan them and email you the same day, then forward physically. You will not miss a statutory deadline because a letter sat unopened while you were abroad.
Do I need to visit Kochi at all?
No. The entire process is remote: documents are signed abroad and apostilled, digital signatures are issued via video-KYC, and originals move by courier. If a GST officer visits the address, our staff receive them on your behalf. Many of our NRI customers complete the whole registration without setting foot in Kerala.
Do I still need a resident Indian director?
Yes. The Companies Act, 2013 requires every Indian company to have at least one director who has stayed in India for 182 days or more in the financial year. NRIs and foreign nationals can be the other directors and shareholders, but this one resident-director requirement is mandatory. We can point you to partners who help arrange compliant structures.
