Virtual office for e-commerce sellers — every state, one provider

Selling on Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa or your own D2C store means your stock ends up in fulfilment centres across half a dozen states — and each one needs its own GST registration with a real address proof. We give you a GST-compliant virtual office in every state you need, with the additional-place-of-business paperwork handled, on one renewal calendar.

Is this you?

  • You sell on two or more marketplaces and inventory keeps getting routed to new state fulfilment centres.
  • Each new state means another GSTIN, another address proof, and another vendor to chase at renewal time.
  • You are a D2C brand adding marketplaces as a second channel and suddenly facing multi-state registration.
  • You have had an address proof rejected — or an APOB amendment stall — and you do not want to repeat it.

The problem: state sprawl, fragmented across vendors

E-commerce growth in India is, operationally, a state-registration problem. The moment your goods sit in a marketplace warehouse in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Haryana or West Bengal, that state wants its own GSTIN — and that GSTIN wants a real, verifiable place of business. A seller live on three or four platforms can easily be looking at five, eight, ten state registrations, each with its own NOC, agreement, utility bill and officer scrutiny.

The usual way this gets solved is the worst part: a different local provider in every state. Different document formats, different renewal dates scattered across the year, a different WhatsApp number to chase when an officer visits or an APOB amendment is pending. One late renewal in one state can suspend a GSTIN and freeze your listings there. The admin load scales faster than the business does, and nobody owns the whole picture.

Our solution: consolidate every state with one provider

We give you GST-compliant virtual office addresses across the states you sell into, from a single provider with a single point of accountability. One renewal calendar instead of ten. One team that prepares the document set to clear both GST officer review and marketplace seller verification. When you add a state, we handle the place-of-business paperwork and the additional-place-of-business amendment end-to-end — you are not learning each state's process yourself.

Switching mid-registration is not the risk sellers fear it is. We move existing registrations and file APOB amendments as a managed workflow, with the right NOC variant and a current utility bill for each address, so nothing lapses while you transition. The decision is really about coverage breadth and single-provider accountability first, filing support second, and price third — and consolidating with us wins on all three.

What's included

  • GST-compliant address (PPOB / VPOB) per state — a real, identifiable premises in each state you register in.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the property owner, naming your exact legal entity.
  • Rent / licence-to-use agreement on the correct stamp value for each state.
  • Latest utility bill for the address, dated within the verification window and address-matched to the NOC and agreement.
  • Mail handling — statutory notices scanned and reported the same day, physical mail forwarded.
  • Officer-visit reception — named on-site staff and a nameboard up on filing day to clear physical verification cleanly.

Marketplace coverage

The same document set works across every major marketplace — onboarding is against your GSTIN, not a specific lease type.

Pricing

A GST-compliant virtual office is a fraction of the cost of leasing in each state, and adding multiple states with one provider means aligned renewals and volume pricing rather than a stack of separate invoices. Indicative plans typically start in the low five figures per year per address — see current plans and pricing for the exact figures and multi-state options.

Trusted by sellers since 2019

We have been issuing GST and place-of-business documents from the same Palarivattom building since 2019 — before virtual offices became common in Kochi — with a 5.0 ★ rating across 60+ Google reviews. Multi-platform marketplace sellers and D2C brands use us precisely because the documents clear verification the first time and renewals do not slip. Quick answers

Do I need GST in every state my marketplace ships from?

If you store inventory in a state — including in a marketplace fulfilment centre — you need a GST registration in that state. The address proof for each registration is a place of business in that state. Selling into a state without holding stock there does not by itself require a separate GSTIN; warehousing stock there does.

Can I use one provider for virtual offices in multiple states?

Yes, and that is exactly the point of consolidating with us. Instead of a different vendor per state — each with its own renewal date, document format and support contact — you get one provider, one renewal calendar, and one team that handles the additional-place-of-business paperwork across every state you add.

Do Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra accept virtual office addresses?

Yes. Marketplaces onboard you against a valid GSTIN, not against a particular kind of lease. If the address is properly registered as a place of business with a clean NOC, agreement and utility bill, it works for Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa and the rest. Our document set is built specifically to clear both GST officer review and marketplace seller verification.

What's the difference between PPOB and APOB?

PPOB is your Principal Place of Business — the main address declared for a GSTIN in a state. APOB is an Additional Place of Business — an extra location (a warehouse or fulfilment centre) added under the same state registration. Sellers typically need a PPOB to obtain the GSTIN in a new state, then add the marketplace warehouse as an APOB.

I sell on Amazon too — is this the right page?

This page covers the broad multi-marketplace case (Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, D2C). If your primary channel is Amazon FBA, our Amazon FBA sellers page covers the FBA-specific warehouse and APOB workflow in detail — start there instead.

How fast can I add a new state?

Document issuance — NOC, agreement and utility bill for the new state address — is typically same-day to two working days once we have your entity details. GST approval after filing usually lands in three to seven working days when documents are clean; physical verification, if triggered, can add a week.

Consolidate your multi-state GST addresses

Tell us the marketplaces you sell on and the states your stock lands in. We will map the registrations you need and handle the paperwork — one provider, one renewal calendar, every state.
