Free Trial: We offer a 1-week free trial for you to explore our services before making a purchase. If you choose to buy a plan after the free trial, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility:
- If you purchase a plan without taking the free trial and are dissatisfied with our service, you may request
a refund within 7 days of purchase, with a deduction for processing fees.
- Refunds apply only to the first month of service for both monthly and annual plan customers.
- Refunds are available for new customers only. Renewals are not eligible for a refund.
- *Important Note*: No refunds will be issued if service rejection occurs due to government regulations or decisions.
- If you're eligible to get the Refund, amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 days.
Service Termination
Eva Info Marketing Solutions OPC Private Limited reserves the right to terminate the service agreement without notice if the customer engages in illegal activities or if the verification process is incomplete or fails.
